DRIER WITH ACTIVE HYDRODYNAMICS AND FRACTION BY FRACTION PROCESSING OF MATERIALS

SUBSTANCE: drier with active hydrodynamics and fraction by fraction processing of materials has drying chamber 1 with intake hopper, windows 10 for discharge of heat- transfer agent and dried material, loading branch pipe 2 located above chamber 1 uniaxially to it, branch pipe 6 to feed drying agent ( feeding gas conduit ). Intake hopper comes in the form of cylindrical-conical inserts 4 with branch pipes 5 to feed additional drying agent installed tangentially near smaller base of truncated cone. Inserts 4 are positioned along axis of chamber 1 and divide it into zones. Branch pipe 6 to feed drying agent is located along axis of chamber 1 in its lower part. Windows for discharge of heat-transfer agent and dried material come in the form of circular slits made in cylindrical part of chamber 1 in upper region of each zone.
