SUBSTANCE: characteristic feature of invention lies in manufacture of internal plug, in making threaded hole in it and in its installation in supporting armor plate. Hole and annular groove are made in external plug, the latter is filled with plastic explosive with electric fuze and plug is placed into external armor plate. Pulling pin with conical head and threaded end is put into hole of external plug and is screwed into internal plug. After this plastic explosive is blasted.
