Zusammenfassung: | inorganic chemistry, chemical technology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to synthesis of nitrogen fluorides, namely, to synthesis of nitrogen trifluoride NF, tetrafluorohydrazine N2F4, difluorodiazine N2F2 and difluorodiamine NF2H. Method involves fluorination reaction of acid ammonium fluorides melt of the general formula NH4H(x-1)Fx, where x = 2.5-3 with gaseous fluorine under atmosphere pressure, at temperature 80-153 C and stirring to provide circulation of reagents at specific consumption of fluorine 0.1-0.5 sm3/min per unit of melt volume. Depending on temperature in reactor a mixture of nitrogen fluorides with enhanced content one of the above indicated compound is obtained. If necessary to increase the yield of nitrogen trifluoride the additional gas-phase fluorination is carried out in the separate reactor. For this purpose products or their part formed in the first reactor and additional fluoride are fed into reactor and interaction of components is performed at temperature from 200 to 400 C. Method ensures to modify the composition of synthesized nitrogen fluorides with preferred yield one of compounds. EFFECT: improved method of synthesis, increased yield. 7 cl, 1 dwg, 2 tbl |
