Carrier is aluminium oxide which is impregnated with modifying element compound selected from group consisting of Na, Mg, Ca, Zn (or mixture) in amount from 1.1 to 2.0 wt.% (calculated for oxide), impregnation of modified carrier is carried out by circulation of palladium compound in organic solvent to palladium content of 0.01-0.5 wt. %.
