Measurements are carried out using device designed as concentrically oriented arc with two ends. Surveyor's level member is diametrically opposed with respect to arc ends. The device has a set of adjusting plates and angular wedge-like members. Arc ends are connectable. Surveyor levels are positioned to the right and to the left of the connection point.
