Invention provides for making backup material with artificial facing material connecting mechanism furnished with electric pickups for checking state of facing material: physical condition of material, patterns on material, temperature conditions. Control panel coupled with pickups is made for monitoring current linear dimensions of facing material by check points and providing preset degree of extension by acting onto drives of corresponding shafts.
