Method involves the use of carbon microclusters or substances containing carbon microclusters for treatment of water from radical and ion-radical particles. Natural mineral schungite containing carbon microclusters can be used as an agent for treatment of water from radical and ion-radical particles. Agent provides water purification from mechanical impurities and usual organic compounds and from substances with radical and ion-radical structure also.
