Control unit is provided with two threshold units, OR circuit, two relays; first normally-closed contact of first relay is connected with output of switchgear and second normally- closed contact of first relay is connected with input of torque generator of sensitive element of azimuth unit; input of winding of first relay is connected with first normally-open contact of second relay and second contact of second relay is connected with output of digital unit. Inputs of OR circuit are connected with outputs of threshold unit. Inputs of first threshold unit are connected with output of first torque generator of sensitive element of horizontal unit and inputs of second threshold unit are connected with output of second torque generator.
