Zusammenfassung: | welding practice, more particularly mechanized welding of structures made of medium and low-alloyed steels operating under negative temperature conditions. SUBSTANCE: powder wire comprises envelope made of steel with carbon content of not higher than 0.06 wt %, sulfur and phosphorus of each of not higher than 0.015 wt % and powdery blend comprising, wt %: rutile concentrated, 4.35- 8.35; feldspar, 0.50-1.50; electrocorundum 0.25-0.65; sodium silicon fluoride, 0.20-0.50; ferrosilicium, 0.30-0.70; ferromanganese, 1.45-3.45; iron powder, 3.65-5.65; potassiumsodium silicate lump, 0.15-0.75; complex alloying composition, 0.35-0.75 and envelope steel, the balance. Complex alloying composition comprises components, wt %: boron, 0.055-0.085; magnesium, 2.8-3.6; aluminium, 1.2-1.8; lithium, 0.026-0.03; and iron, the balance. Serviceability of weld joint is increased by increasing cool resistance of weld joint at temperature to minus 40 C and by improving quality of weld joint due to greater smoothness of metal to attain continuity of transition to base metal. EFFECT: improved properties of the composition. 2 tbl |
