Zusammenfassung:	equipment of rolling mills, namely mechanisms for mounting horizontal rolls in vertical plane. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes supporting plate placed in window of housing under chocks of lower roll. In horizontal guides of supporting plate different-slope wedges are mounted with possibility of reciprocation motion. Upper wedges are arranged between movable wedges and chocks and they are jointly connected one with another by means of traverse bar that may move in vertical guides of plate. Motion drive of movable wedges is in the form of screw with different-hand thread in its left and right portions and nuts engaging with movable wedges. Screw is rotated by means of electric motor. EFFECT: improved design due to elimination of power fixation of wedges relative to housing of stand and due to elimination of friction between surfaces of chocks and wedges. 2 cl, 1 dwg
