Zusammenfassung:	food industry, particularly, production of flour foods for dietetic and prophylactic alimentation. SUBSTANCE: for production of flour foods, two variations of additives are used. The first additive contains vitamins B1, B2, PP, Bc prepared by synthetic method and ferrous sulfate heptahydrate. The second additive includes vitamins B1, B2, B6, E, PP, Bc, beta-carotene, B12 and ferrous sulfate heptahydrate. Additives may contain filler, mainly, sugar. Ingredients of additive are mixed in determined succession.
