Concentrated aqueous solution of alkali metal salt containing salting-out agent and stabilizer is also fed to lower portion of crystallizer 1. These solutions interact forming supersaturated solution of peroxide salt. Supersaturated solution is kept under controllable conditions for forming and growing crystals. Ascending flow of supersaturated solution and descending flow of solid particles of peroxide salt pass through crystal forming and growing zone 3. Excessive solution clarified in clarifying zone 4 is taken from its upper portion and is fed to classifier 2 where elutriation of particles takes place.
