Methanol synthesis process is carried out within temperatures from 170 to 280 C, pressures from 4.0 to 10.0 MPa and volumetric flow rates from 1000 to 10.000 h. Heating of gas flow to heat carrier temperature in reactor inlet zones is carried out by using temperature gradient of not higher than 10 C/dm, temperature gradient for heating gas flow in reactor active portion being not higher than 3 C/dm.
