description medical devices, in particular, diagnostics, investigation and monitoring for medicine, cosmetology, physiology, and so on. SUBSTANCE: device has photo sensitive unit, which has lens, cryostat, input winding of cryostat, photodetector matrix, silicon multiplexer, cooling system, cool screen, electronic circuit for analog signal processing. Goal of invention is achieved by introduced digital unit, which has electronic unit with analog-to-digital converter, which is connected to computer, power supply and display, which is connected to digital unit. Photodetector matrix of device is designed using indium arsenide and also has communication line. Digital unit is located in shielded housing, which is separated from photo sensitive unit and is connected to it via communication line. Electronic unit with analog-to-digital converter has differential amplifier, signal processor, and chip for communication to computer bus. Electronic circuit for analog signal processing can control matrix by means of silicon multiplexer and actuating circuits, such as system for calibration of sensitivity of matrix elements and system for lens focusing. In addition, it has calibration system, which is embedded in photo sensitive unit, and printer, keyboard, mouse, which are connected to digital unit. Photodetector matrix dimensionality is 128 by 128. It may be square or rectangular-shaped and has m by n elements, where m and n are within range of 100-1000. Sensitive elements of matrix are designed as conductive-channel capacitors. They may be also photo diodes. Focus length F of lens is greater than 90.01 m and relative aperture is within range of F/0.5-F/16. Device power supply is connected to electronic system for analog signal processing, matrix control unit and actuating systems. In addition, it is connected to digital unit. EFFECT: increased contrast of image, increased speed (about 50 frames per second), increased maximal sensitivity to temperature (at least 0.03 C). 9 cl, 6 dwg, 2 tbl
