Part of air is picked up from the compressor after the first heat exchanger, expanded in the external turbo-expander to a pressure below the atmospheric one, applied to the extreme sections and to the internal interlayer cavities of the structure walls, the rest part of air is cooled down in the second heat exchanger, expanded in the internal turbo-expander. The isothermal structure has separately cooled thermoinsulated central and extreme sections with locks, formed by a multilayer pneumoframe in the form of a set of round main and additional arches.
