Metal base carries alignment facilities for mounting the grids. Each grid is set in a spaced relation to adjacent shell. Anchors arranged along mentioned longitudinal members are fitted in space between inner and outer shells inside concrete fill. U-shaped members placed in vicinity of anchors enclose the latter.
