SUBSTANCE: centrifugal separation member includes shell, two successively installed swirlers and trap of separated liquid. Installed inside shell, between swirlers is recirculating member made in the form of closed cavity having inlets and outlets. Shell wall has holes. Inlets of recirculating member are connected with shell over perimeter of holes, and outlet is located in shell central part at a distance equalling 0.8-1.0 shell diameter from the first swirler. Besides, recirculating member is made in the form of pipe section. Outlet cross-section area of recirculating member corresponds to 0.4-0.6 of inlets total cross-section area. The second swirler is made in the form of hollow cylinder whose diameter equals 0.3-0.5 shell diameter and whose ends are made in the form of hemisphere. The second swirler has guide blades located at angle of 55-60 deg to shell axis. EFFECT: higher efficiency of separating liquid from gas, low hydraulic resistance. 5 cl, 2 dwg |
