Zusammenfassung:FIELD: ferrous metallurgy; methods and devices for preparation of sintering mixtures for sintering. SUBSTANCE: method includes delivery of sintering mixture consisting of finely ground iron-ore materials, fluxes and fuel to mixer-pelletizer; hot sinter return is added to sintering mixture; then mixing, pelletizing and moistening with sprayed water are performed in way of motion of sintering mixture to mixer- pelletizer from loading hopper to discharge hopper and sintering mixture is discharged on pallets of sintering machine grate for further sintering. Sintering mixture is additionally heated with superheated steam fed by means of device moving in transversal and longitudinal sections over entire volume of mixer-pelletizer; steam is fed at temperature of 150 to 160 C at dryness degree equal to 1.0 and pressure in steam line ranging from 3 to 4 atm at flow rate adjustable between 0.8 and 1.1 t/h. Discharge of sintering mixture onto pallets of sintering machine grate is effected at temperature exceeding temperature of dew point by 5 to 6 C. Moistening of sintering mixture with water is performed with the aid of injectors. Used as iron-ore material is concentrate which is fed to sintering mixture in the amount of 90 to 100 % of their flow rate. Part of superheated steam is condensed and condensate thus obtained is used for moistening the sintering mixture. EFFECT: increased temperature of sintering mixture above dew point, thus excluding formation of overwetting zone; increased gas permeability of layer being sintered; increased productivity of sintering machines; saving of iron-ore materials and fuel. 4 cl, 1 dwg, 2 tbl
