Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: production of lyes of ammonium nitrate on chemical equipment; applicable in production of mineral fertilizers. SUBSTANCE: essence of invention consists in that neutralization of 50-56 wt.% of nitric acid is effected with ammonia at pressure of (6-7)102 kPa and temperature of 170-180 C in tubular reactor for conduction of exothermic reactions. Tubular reactor is additionally provided with liquid supply unit which together with pipelines connects shell side with tube side. In this case, unit has vertical cylindrical shell, inlet chamber confined by cover and pipe union, and mixing chamber formed by reducing cone, shell and tube sheet in which vertical tubes are secured with their one end. Central tubes of reactor are perforated and installed into reaction tubes through (3-4)D. Diameters d and D relate to each other as d:D=1:(1.5-2.5), where D is diameter of reaction tubes; d is diameter of central tubes. Number of reaction zones equalling the number of tubes is determined by their production efficiency.
