CONTINUOUS-ACTION ADSORBER

FIELD: petroleum refining, petrochemical and chemical industries for realization of adsorption processes in moving layer of adsorbent. SUBSTANCE: continuous-action adsorber has a casing with adsorption and chromatographic sections accommodating grate plates, distributing plate with a pipe connection for inlet of source material, devices for absorption of heat by the chromatographic sections, accumulating plates with pipe connections for outlet of fractions separated from the source material, devices for inlet of fresh adsorbent and outlet of the waste one, and vertical plates conjugate to the casing with the lateral and lower edges and upper edges located above the distributing plate. The lower part of the casing with the chromatographic sections is step-shaped; the section with a higher temperature of desorption is positioned above the section with a lower temperature, and the adjacent chromatographic sections with a higher and lower temperature of desorption have a unit for mixing of different-temperature adsorbent located over the zone of heat absorption by the lower-lying chromatographic section; the bottom of each chromatographic section is made with a slope exceeding the natural slope of the layer of granular adsorbent. EFFECT: enhanced utilization of power potential of chromatographic section and reduced power consumption in the stage of desorption of impurities from adsorbent. 1 dwg, 2 ex
