Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: metallurgy, namely processes of making rolled pieces in casting-rolling aggregates. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of casting metal from different ladles in metal continuous casting machine, cutting cast blanks and heating them; rolling blanks in reversing rolling stand. Metal is cast to square or round blanks whose dimensions are determined by ratio of maximum and minimum sizes of their sides and diameters equal to 1.4. Cross section area of each blank consists 1.3-5.6 of cross section area of ready rolled stock. Blank is rolled in reversing stand by 2-6 passes with total elongation value equal to 1.3-3.6. At making round rolled stock rolling process is realized according to schedules: square-rectangle-circle with total elongation value 1.3-1.8; square-rectangle-circle, square-oval-oval and square-oval-circle in first passes with total elongation value 1.3-1.7 and respectively circle-oval-circle, oval- circle and circle-oval-circle in successive passes with total elongation value 1.2-1.6. At making square rolled stock rolling process is realized according to schedule: square-rectangle-square with total elongation value 1.5-1.9 or 3.2-3.6. In order to receive periodical shapes from round blank rolling is realized according to schedule: circle-oval-circle with change of total elongation value in deformation zone from 1.0 until 1.9. In order to make rolled bars from round blanks rolling is realized in stand group having 1-4 stands according to schedule: circle-oval-shape with total elongation value 1.4-3.6. At making rolled balls round blank is rolled in one stand according to helical schedule. It is possible to roll balls with diameter 80-120 mm at energy consumption being less by 15-20%.
