Zusammenfassung:FIELD: fat-and- oil industry. SUBSTANCE: lipid concentrate used in production of toilet and laundry soaps and also special-type detergents is prepared by treating soap stock with concentrated sulfuric acid in three steps. In each step, one third part of theoretically required amount of sulfuric acid is added and agitated with soap stock for 30-60 min at 95-105 C. Mixture is then washed at 90-95 C with sodium chloride solution (0.5-2.0 g/l) in amount 5 to 10% of the weight of lipids. Resulting concentrate consists of neutral lipids, fatty acids, water, tocopherols, and sterols. EFFECT: improved quality of concentrate with no impurities. 2 cl, 1 tbl, 3 ex
