In 35-40 days revaccination is carried out at increasing doses: in the first limb - intramuscularly at the dose (1 x 10 )- (1.5 x 10 ) cells/kg, then - subcutaneously at the doses (2 x 10 )- -(2.5 x 10 ), (3 x 10 )-(3.5 x 10 ), (5 x 10 )-(5.5 x 10 ), (6 x 10 )-(6.5 x 10 ) cells/kg in each two days. Method ensures to obtain sera showing stable high titers of specific antibodies and can be used for preparing an antileptospirosis sera and diagnostic and curative preparations.
