Holes for studs are aligned by means of turning flange in unit intended for aligning holes for studs. Rods of hydraulic cylinders are pivotally connected with support and are not adapted for advance movement. Casing pipe is gripped by jaws which are pivotally linked with rods of hydraulic cylinders in gripping unit. Constant turning of jaws towards casing string at bringing device to well is ensured by means of springs. Unit for aligning holes for studs has splittable bush in the form of housing. Attached to flange of counterblowout equipment is threaded flange. Secured on turnable flange are strips. By means of these strips, turnable flange is turned manually to required angle so as to align holes for studs. Application of aforesaid embodiment of device allows for simplification of design, improves reliability of operation together with higher safety for operating personnel.
