Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: sport medicine. SUBSTANCE: biological samples are taken from individuals belonging to microsocial group of sport youth. Standard analyses of biological samples selected on the basis of higher-than-average results are performed to reveal substances included to list of dope substances prohibited for use in sport: anabolic steroids, somatotropin, erythropoietin. In addition, concentration of selenium is determined in blood plasma, blood cells, and head hair. Indicative of abuse is ratio of selenium level in blood plasma to that in blood cells exceeding 0.6 with selenium level in plasma higher than 120 mcg/kg.
