Third cylindrical section is provided with casing forming circular cavity connected to air source; it is brought in communication with units of air branch pipes by means of air ducts; air branch pipes are located in incinerator chamber and in first section of afterburner chamber which realize new method of preheating and delivery of blast air ensuring local turbulization and compound vortex-like motion of waste gases at great depth of conversion of pyrolysis products into final products of complete combustion which are ecologically acceptable.
