Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: hydraulic engineering. SUBSTANCE: vessel has air duct with inlet ejecting slots, refrigerating machine, and vessel itself. Vessel is provided with cover, and located in this cover is refrigerating machine which is made in the form of several heat exchangers which are interconnected by air ducts. Also included are units of thermocouples. Cool joints of thermocouples are in contact with heat exchanger which is made with strips and thread-like nibs. This heat exchanger is located above vessel. Hot joints of thermocouples are in contact with heat exchanger having air passing holes which are connected with inlet holes. EFFECT: higher efficiency.
