Polymer detergent additive includes product of reaction of alkyl phenols with molecular weight of 900-1500, polyethylene polyamines with 3-6 amine groups and formaldehyde modified with boric acid and aliphatic monocarboxylic acid which contains 10-20 carbon atoms, or diethylene triamine alkenyl succinimide modified with phthalic or maleic anhydride.
