SUBSTANCE: solvent is used for dissolving the dried living vaccines (against listerellosis in animals, salmonellosis, erysipelas in pigs, pasteurellosis in poultry, brucellosis in cattle and others) before using. Solvent has peptone taken at optimal concentration and buffer component containing isotonic medium that provide near 100% viability of microorganism at dissolving both dried vaccines and rehydrated ones. For solvent preparing peptone taken at concentration 0.25-1.00% is dissolved in potassium-phosphate solution at pH 7.2-7.5 and sterilized in autoclave for 30 min under 1 atm pressure.
