Mixture is subjected to thermal treatment at 180-200 C for 4-6 h. The resulting product is diluted with mineral oil, and middle alkaline calcium sulfonate is added at product to calcium sulfonate weight ratio of 1.0:0.8-1.2. The resulting mixture is further treated at 170-190 C for 3-5 h, and the final product is recovered. Method is used for preparing inhibitors intended for corrosion proof, and working and corrosion proof oils. EFFECT: more efficient process. 2 cl, 1 tble
