SUBSTANCE: stillage residue from stage of rectification of cumene hydroperoxide decomposition products in manufacture of phenol and acetone, synthetic fatty acid and pentaerythrite are mixed at stillage residue to synthetic fatty acid weight ratio of 1:3-4 and pentaerythrite to synthetic fatty acid molar ratio of 1.0:2.9-3.3. Mixture is subjected to thermal treatment at 180-200 C for 4-6 h. The resulting product is diluted with mineral oil, and middle alkaline calcium sulfonate is added at product to calcium sulfonate weight ratio of 1.0:0.8-1.2. The resulting mixture is further treated at 170-190 C for 3-5 h, and the final product is recovered. Method is used for preparing inhibitors intended for corrosion proof, and working and corrosion proof oils. EFFECT: more efficient process. 2 cl, 1 tble |
