Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: insulation of wires and cables and manufacture of films and hoses. SUBSTANCE: claimed method comprises adding low-and highly dispersed antipyrenes, lubricant and pigments. Process is carried out in two stages: separately prepared dispersions, low dispersed antipyrene in plasticizer are first mixed in 1:1.6 ratio and filler in plasticizer in 1:1 ratio with suspension polyvinyl, chloride, plasticizer, stabilizer and lubricant at 40-50 C for 3-5 min. The resulting composition is then mixed with highly dispersed antipyrene and pigments at final temperature of 100-110 C for 20-30 min. The claimed method makes it possible to increase extrusion efficiency of composition to obtain granules with reduce surface roughness. EFFECT: more efficient preparation method. 3 tblr
