Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: mechanical engineering; automotive industry. SUBSTANCE: variable-speed drive includes driven and drive members made from magnetic material; drive member is made form magnetically soft material and is connected with magnetic field source. Drive member is made in form of two torous electromagnets having their own axes of rotation; housing of each electromagnet consists of two parts mounted at spaced relation to each other. Surface of both parts of housing directed to clearance are provided with equidistant grooves cut symmetrically. Driven member is made in form of two disks mounted on shaft; these disks are provided with notches made at pitch equal to pitch of grooves of torous magnets which are mounted at spaced relation to disks. Variable-speed drive is provided with magnetic fluid contained in clearances. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 5 dwgn
