Ratio of pitch t of heating elements to common height H of main and additional heating elements t/H = 1/15...1/45, ratio of common height H to width B of heating element H/B = 3...6. Lower and upper walls of body are manufactured in the form of covers with rectangular holes and holes made in the form of double-row slots. Covers have ellipse-like shape with minor and major axes which elliptic contours are made by mating of arcs of circles of different radii and by ends of major axis - by mating of arcs of circles with straight lines parallel to minor axis.
