Zusammenfassung:FIELD: computer engineering, robotics, TV equipment, in particular, remote information input into TV set, computer, training equipment. SUBSTANCE: method involves optical scanning of region which contains contactless optical mouse which carries active source of optical beam and at least one counter-reflector, generation of linear and flat two-dimensional scanned space images which are spaced and contain images of counter-reflectors, detection of current values of three-dimensional coordinates of counter-reflectors, alternation of control actions by means of alternation of intensity of beam from optical beam source. Intensity of action depends on vector value of difference between three-dimensional coordinates of counter-reflectors. When beam characteristics are input and in current moment, values of signal from optical beam source and current values of three-dimensional coordinates of counter- reflectors are input into controlled object separately. Corresponding device has stationary unit with unit which receives and processes control signal, and remote control unit which has control signal generation unit, which has control signal source.
