Signal inputs of controlled attenuators serve as device inputs, and control inputs of attenuators are connected to output of unit of sum channel automatic control. Reference-signal forming unit has series-connected comparator with threshold input and univibrator. Threshold input of comparator is connected to electronic switch output of sum channel, and univibrator output serves as output of reference-signal forming unit.
