One end of rope protrudes from body and carries crushing member to produce extending wires. Other end of rope is made in the form of loop passing through eye-lugs of article which is locked by conjugation of rope end with circular groove in cover with subsequent pressing it and leading out of rope end from body through its additional hole. Ring hole is displaced to value equal to half-difference of diameter of hole in body and diameter of rope. EFFECT: high efficiency. 1 cl, 4 dwgr
