Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: heat-power engineering; power cooling systems of objects functioning without communication with atmosphere. SUBSTANCE: waste gases from diesel engine 6 form considerable amount of heat due to reaction with alkaline-earth metal and synthesis gas which is then used as fuel for diesel engine. Synthetic gas at high thermodynamic potential enters heater 13 of Vuilemje-Taconis machine, thus completing the thermodynamic cycle and obtaining useful refrigerating effect. Liquid oxygen from reservoir 21 is first used as heat accumulating agent and then (in gaseous state) it is expanded in expander 24 doing effective work; it is used as oxidizer for diesel engine 6.
