Invention herewith described refers to the portable measuring station which is a general-purpose microprocessor based measuring device designed and implemented in hardware and software terms. In implementation there are used the theoretical solutions in this field, especially when it comes to the principles of work, but they are mostly optimized when it comes to the demand for the electronic components and the raw materials. The performances of the device meet the requirements of standard industrial processes with the response time longer than 10 ms and with 8 analogue and 8 digital input channels. It has an efficient communication features for connection to the superior computer, both directly and through the special modems (baseband modem). The manufactured prototype has undergone a number of trial tests and has shown the satisfactory results.
