The second stage involves addition of expanded graphite to homogenized mass and processing according to optimized tecnology using extruder and profiling at defined dimension of 4 - 6 mm thick, 70 - 400 mm wide and 240 - 500 mm long sheet as final product. Predmetni pronalazak opisuje novi protivpožarni materijal koji se koristi za proizvodnju cevnih prstenova kao pasivne zaštite od širenja vatre. Tehnološki proces se sastoji od dve faze. Prva faza uključuje mešanje poli(vinil-hlorida) ili poli(vinil-hlorida-co-vinil-acetata) kopolimera ili modifikovanih poli(vinil-hlorida-co-vinil-acetata) kopolimera sa plastifikatorima/modifikatorima, poput: ftalatnih plastifikatora, npr. diizononil ftalat - DINP, dioktil-adipat - DOA, 1-heksadecen ili metil ester masnih kiselina, azodikarbonamid (ADC), tri(kresil fosfat), plastifikatori na bio-osnovi (estri 2,5-furandikarboksilne kiseline i furan-2,5 diildimetanola), epoksidirano sojino ulje (ESU) i akrilna emulzija prema definisanoj tehnologiji korišćenjem toplog miksera. Druga faza uključuje dodavanje ekspandiranog grafita homogenizovanoj masi i obradu prema optimizovanoj tehnologiji korišćenjem ekstrudera i profiliranja u definisanoj dimenziji debljine traka od 4 - 6 mm, širine 70 - 400 mm i dužine 240 - 500 mm kao konačnog proizvoda.
