The second stage involves addition of expanded graphite to homogenized mass and processing according to optimized tecnology using extruder and profiling at defined dimension of 4 - 6 mm thick, 70 - 400 mm wide and 240 - 500 mm long sheet as final product.

Prva faza uključuje mešanje poli(vinil-hlorida) ili poli(vinil-hlorida-co-vinil-acetata) kopolimera ili modifikovanih poli(vinil-hlorida-co-vinil-acetata) kopolimera sa plastifikatorima/modifikatorima, poput: ftalatnih plastifikatora, npr. diizononil ftalat - DINP, dioktil-adipat - DOA, 1-heksadecen ili metil ester masnih kiselina, azodikarbonamid (ADC), tri(kresil fosfat), plastifikatori na bio-osnovi (estri 2,5-furandikarboksilne kiseline i furan-2,5 diildimetanola), epoksidirano sojino ulje (ESU) i akrilna emulzija prema definisanoj tehnologiji korišćenjem toplog miksera.
