Tribological insets (2) are made of special antifrictional and self-lubricating material (self-lubricant) and are passed into the skirt (6) of the piston (1). Tribological inserted pieces (3) are mounted into the grooves (11) on the skirt (6) of the piston (1) so that they are easily replaced. Number and arrangement of tribological insets (2) and tribological pads (3) is determined from the conditions that by means of the use where with overlining is covered the whole line of the arch of a circle (6) of the piston (1). Overlining is achieved in such a way that the distance between the centres (C1) and (C2) of two adjacent tribological insets (2) in any horisontal cross-section of the piston (1) through the axes of tribological insets (2) is less than the double value of a piston of the very tribological inset (2) and a centre (3) of tribological inset (2) is set in the middle (C2) of two adjacent tribological insets (2) from any adjacent horisontal cross-section. Therewith possible is also a variant that even the tribological inserted pieces (3) itself are complied to the above mentioned conditions.
Pronalazak se odnosi na klip kompresora i motora koji ima tribološke čepove (2) i/ili tribološke uloške (3). Tribološki čepovi (2) i/ili tribološki ulošci (3) postavljeni su na klip (1) simetrično, radijalno na pravac dejstva normalne sile po čitavoj liniji kružnog luka (a) noseće površine suknjice (6) klipa (1). Tribološki čepovi (2) su izrađeni od specijalnog antifrikcionog i samopodmazujućeg materijala i upresovani su u suknjicu (6) klipa (1). Tribološki ulošci (3) se montiraju u žlebove (11) na suknjici (6) klipa (1) tako da se lako menjaju. Broj i raspored triboloških čepova (2) i triboloških uložaka (3) određen je iz uslova da se njima, uz preklapanje prekriva čitava liniji kružnog luka (a) noseće površine suknjice (6) klipa (1).
