Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de obţinere a hidrogenului verde. Procedeul, conform invenţiei, constă în etapele: tratare a biomasei, nămoluri bologice, alge, lichide încărcate cu substanţe organice şi deşeuri din industria alimentară prin fermentare aerobă/anaerobă cu recircularea lichidului, captare gaze produse, stocare gaze în microbule de gaz (MBG) cu ejector Venturi, introducere în lichidul recirculat de (MBG), supunerea lichidului la două dezintegrari succesive: ultrasonică şi electrocinetică cu descărcare de înaltă tensiune cu producere de nanobule de cavitaţie (NBC), respectiv, nanobule de gaz fără cavitaţie, având conţinut de metan, amoniac, bioxid de carbon, hidrogen sulfurat, precum şi NBC cu particule de plastic, pesticide, hormoni, farmaceutice, termoliza substanţei organice şi a apei şi homoliza azotică termică cu descompunerea NBC şi formare de gaz combustibil compus din hidrogen verde, gaz de apă cu 50% hidrogen verde, azot, hidrogen, respectiv, un lichid fermentat utilizat ca îngrăşământ ecologic.
