description The invention relates to a method for preparing a thin film of vanadium oxide on metal foil, meant to be used in energy storage. According to the invention, the method consists in making a V2O5 powder target having a control stoichiometry and sufficient mechanical resistance, followed by target ablation with pulsed laser, in order to create a column of ejected material based on the quick explosion of the target surface zone due to overheating, deposition on a metal foil, quick thermal annealing of the resulting sample in nitrogen atmosphere and use thereof as an electrode in electrochemical applications and battery testing. Invenţia se referă la o metodă de fabricare a unui film subţire de oxid de vanadiu pe folie metalică, destinat a fi utilizat în domeniul stocării energiei. Metoda, conform invenţiei, constă în obţinere unei ţinte din pulbere de V2O5, care să aibă o stoichimetrie de control şi să fie suficient de rezistentă mecanic, ablaţia ţintei cu un laser cu impulsuri, pentru a crea o coloană de material ejectat pe baza exploziei rapide a zonei de suprafaţă a ţintei datorită supraîncălzirii, depunerea pe o folie metalică, recoacerea termică rapidă în atmosferă de azot a probei rezultate şi utilizarea acesteia ca electrod pentru aplicaţii electrochimice şi testarea bateriilor.
