Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a process for preparing phyto-phospholipid molecular complexes with antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. According to the invention, the process comprises the following steps: preparation and characterization of ginger (Zingiber officinale) hydro-alcoholic extract and the rosehip (Rosa canina) hydro-alcoholic extract, combination of said extracts in mass ratios of 0.5:0.5, solubilization in absolute ethanol at 60°C, while magnetically stirring up to obtaining a homogeneous suspension, admixture of phosphatidyl-choline solubilized in ethanol, in mass ratios of 0.5:0.5:1 relative to the two said extracts, at reflux, while stirring, maintaining the reaction for 2 h, at 60°C, ethanol evaporation, after which the compound is moistened and the phyto-phospholipid particle sizes are adjusted by sonication, to result in phytosomes as extract formulations from ginger rhizomes and rosehips and phosphatidyl-choline, in a mass ratio of 0.5:0.5:1, that confer enhanced bioavailability of the contained active principles by more than 150%.
