According to the invention, the device is mounted in the electric equipment of the electric drive system, in order to provide maintenance and protection to overload, the diagnosis parameters provided to the human operator or to a planning system being obtained by means of a module (1) by connecting its input corresponding to mechanical signals (2), electrical signals (3) and auxiliary signals (4) to the drive system (5), the connection of the data port (6) to a control and surveillance panel (8) of the manufacturing plant and the test port (7) to the drive system. Invenţia se referă la un dispozitiv pentru diagnoză şi întreţinere predictivă utilizat în instalaţii de comandă şi monitorizare a parametrilor unei linii de producţie cu acţionări electrice. Dispozitivul, conform invenţiei, este montat în instalaţia electrică a sistemului de acţionare electrică în vederea asigurării întreţinerii şi protecţiei la suprasolicitări, parametrii de diagnoză furnizaţi operatorului uman sau unui sistem pentru planificarea producţiei fiind obţinuţi cu ajutorul modulului (1) prin conectarea intrării acestuia corespunzătoare semnalelor de natură mecanică (2), semnalelor electrice (3) şi semnalelor auxiliare (4) la sistemul de acţionare (5), respectiv a portului de date (6) la un panou de comandă şi monitorizare (8) al instalaţiei de fabricaţie şi a portului de test (7) la sistemul de acţionare.
