Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a process for preparing a therapeutical composition with hypoglycemic action. According to the invention, the process consists of the following stages: extracting active principles, in two successive stages, from the fungi species (macromycetes) Agaricus campestris, Pleurotus ostreatus and Laetiporus sulphureus, in a mass ratio of 1 : 2 : 1 with ethyl acetate, at a raw material/solvent ratio of 1/10 m/v, heated up to the solvent boiling temperature and refluxing for 1 h, cooling, filtrating, concentrating the extractive solution at a temperature of 600°C and a pressure of 72...75 mmHg and repeating in ethanol 50%, drying the raw material residue, extracting with ethanol/water in a ratio of 1/1 v/v, filtrating, concentrating the extractive solution, repeating in ethanol 50%, to result in a solution of brown colour, with bitter taste and flavoured odour, having a content of active principles from macromycetes of 2.93...3.87% g/100 g of total polyphenols expressed as gallic acid. Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de obţinere a unei compoziţii terapeutice cu acţiune hipoglicemiantă. Procedeul, conform invenţiei constă în etapele: extracţie a principiilor active în două etape succesive, din speciile de ciuperci (macromicete) Agaricus campestris, Pleurotus ostreatus şi Laetiporus sulphureus, în raport masic 1:2:1 cu acetat de etil, raport materie primă/solvent de 1/10 m/v, încălzite la temperatura de fierbere a solventului şi refluxare timp de 1 h, răcire, filtrare, concentrare a soluţiei extractive la 600°C şi presiune de 72...75 mmHg şi reluare în alcool etilic 50%, uscarea reziduului de materie primă, extracţie cu alcool etilic/apă în raport 1/1 v/v, filtrare, concentrare a soluţiei extractive , reluare în alcool etilic 50%, rezultând o soluţie de culoare brună, cu gust amar şi miros aromat, având un conţinut de principii active din macromicete, de 2,93...3,87% g/100g polifenoli totali exprimaţi în acid galic.
