Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to polymeric nanoparticles based on polyhydroxyheptanoate, polyhydroxyoctanoate or polyhydroxynonanoate loaded with turmeric and to a process for preparing them, the nanoparticles being used in the medicine field to inhibit inflammatory conditions. According to the invention, the polymeric nanoparticles have the following content: 85...90% polyhydroxyheptanoate, polyhydroxyoctanoate or polyhydroxynonanoate, 9...14% turmeric and 1% pluronic F127, the nanoparticles having an average diameter of 238 nm, 274.6 nm and 308.3 nm, respectively, entrapment efficiencies of 80...85%, polydispersity < 0.3 and being stable for at least 90 days after preparation at a temperature of 4˘C, the percentage being expressed by weight. The claimed preparation process has the following steps: a. formation of an organic phase consisting of polyhydroxyheptanoate, polyhydroxyoctanoate or polyhydroxynonanoate and turmeric dissolved in acetone, in a polymer : turmeric weight ratio of 9:1, which is subsequently subjected to homogenization by stirring at 500 rpm for 20 min, b. formation of an aqueous phase consisting of a pluronic F127 solution of a concentration of 3%, c. formation of an aqueous polymeric dispersion by mixing, while stirring at 500 rpm, the organic phase with the aqueous phase, the dispersions being further continuously stirred at 700 rpm for 48 h, d. subjecting the dispersions to a centrifugation process at 10000 rpm, for 30 min, at a temperature of 4˘C, to result in polymeric nanoparticles in solid form, followed by redispersing the precipitate in distilled water and subjecting it to a lyophilization step. Invenţia se referă la nanoparticule polimerice pe bază de polihidroxiheptanoat, polihidroxioctanoat sau polihidroxinonanoat încărcate cu curcumă şi la un procedeu de obţinere a acestora, nanoparticulele fiind utilizate în domeniul medicinei pentru inhibarea afecţiunilor inflamatorii. Nanoparticulele polimerice conform invenţiei au următorul conţinut exprimat în procente în greutate: 85...90% polihidroxiheptanoat, polihidroxioctanoat sau polihidroxinonanoat, 9...14% curcumă şi 1% pluronic F127, nanoparticulele având un diametru mediu de 238 nm, 274,6 nm şi respectiv 308,3 nm, eficienţe de entrapare de 80...85%, polidispersitate < 0,3 şi sunt stabile cel puţin 90 zile de la preparare la o temperatură de 40C.
