description | The invention relates to a process for preparing plant-based extracts with high polyphenol content from various varieties of Vitis Vinifera. According to the invention, the process consists in processing the dry plant material, such as grape marc from three grapevine varieties, in the following stages: drying up to a relative moisture content of 7%, separation of grape skins, grinding them and mixing the plant powder with a solvent made of water and pharmaceutical-grade ethyl alcohol, subjecting the plant : solvent mixture in a ratio of 1:10 to ultrasound-assisted extraction, at a net power of 120 W, an amplitude of 50%, for 15 min, while continuously magnetically stirring, to result in an extract with a high content of bioactive compound resveratrol, as main polyphenol.
Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de obţinere a unor extracte vegetale cu un conţinut ridicat de fenoli din diferite soiuri de Vitis Vinifera. Procedeul, conform invenţiei, constă în prelucrarea materialului vegetal uscat tescovină provenit de la trei soiuri de viţă de vie prin etapele: uscare până la o umiditate relativă de 7%, separare pieliţe, măcinare, amestec pulbere plantă cu solvent apă alcool etilic farmaceutic, extracţie asistată de ultrasunete a amestecului plantă: solvent în raport 1:10, la o putere netă de 120 W, amplitudine 50%, timp de 15 min, sub agitare magnetică permanentă, rezultând un extract cu conţinut ridicat de compus bioactiv, resveratrol, ca polifenol principal. |
