Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a process for treating municipal fermented sludge with a view to obtaining products to be used as fertilizers and alkalinizing soil improvers. According to the invention, the process consists in precipitating ammonium ion with hot-hydrated calcined dolomite, in the presence of phosphoric acid, from municipal anaerobically fermented sludge, or sludge water, from the anaerobically fermented sludge dehydration, as double ammonium and magnesium phosphate, struvite, after which the mixture of anaerobically fermented sludge and struvite is conditioned with a flocculant cationic polymer and dehydrated at a pressure of 5...8 bar, up to a solid concentration of 15...35%, to result in a dehydrated sludge which is applied onto the soil as pH regulating improver and multi-component N-P-Ca-Mg fertilizer. |
