Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a process for preparing a selective extract of Juglans Regia L. (walnut) leaves with effect of potentiating irinotecan antitumor activity on tumor cell lines. According to the invention, the process consists in extracting the vegetal material consisting of walnut leaves with water, for 1 h, at the mixture reflux temperature, the vegetal mass is separated by filtration and it is concentrated in rotovap, further, 400 ml of ethyl alcohol 96% are added to 1000 ml of concentrated aqueous extract, the suspension is separated by vacuum filtration, the alcoholic extract is dosed with regard to the content of total polyphenols expressed as gallic acid GAE per ml of extract, after which it is concentrated in residue, which is continued in ethyl alcohol 20%, to result in a standardized extract having a total polyphenols content expressed as gallic acid of 5 mg GAE/ml of extract.
Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de obţinere a unui extract selectiv de frunze de(nuc), cu efect de potenţare a activităţii antitumorale a irinotecanului pe linii celulare tumorale. Procedeul conform invenţiei constă în extracţia materialului vegetal constituit din frunze de nuc cu apă, timp de 1 h, la temperatura de reflux a amestecului, se separă masa vegetală prin filtrare, şi se concentrează la rotavapor; în continuare la 1000 ml extract apos concentrat se adaugă 400 ml alcool etilic 96%, suspensia se separă prin filtrare la vid, extractul alcoolic se dozează în ceea cepriveşte conţinutul în polifenoli totali exprimaţi în acid galic GAE per ml extract, după care se concentrează la reziduu, care se reia în alcool etilic 20%, rezultând un extract standardizat având un conţinut în polifenoli totali exprimaţi în acid galic de 5 mg GAE/ml extract. |
