Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a process for preparing paper pulp fibers obtained from plant materials, which are agricultural by-products, used as raw material for the manufacture of certain paper assortments. According to the invention, the process consists in the initial treatment of wheat straws and maize stalks with a sodium carbonate solution at a concentration of 10 g/L, at a temperature of 100°C, for 60 minutes, and then with a sodium hydroxide solution, the consumption of sodium hydroxide being of 3% for wheat straws and 4% for maize stalks, at a temperature of 120°C for 30 ... 40 minutes, after which it is hydro-mechanically processed, washed with water and sorted, resulting in paper pulp fibers with a yield between 54-59% and strength characteristics which recommend them for the manufacture of corrugated cardboard paper. |
